## Language and Documentation
- All code outputs, comments, and documentation must be in English
- Variable names, function names, and other code identifiers must be in English
- Commit messages must be in English

## Project Structure and Development
- All development must strictly follow README.md and PLAN.md guidelines
- No arbitrary project changes without updating PLAN.md first
- Any significant changes must be documented in both README.md and PLAN.md
