This is a mono repo with nextjs directory containing a nextjs app with pages router, shadcn, tailwind, and typescript.
Functions should not be arrow functions, but regular functions, especially for pages.
another directory "payload" containing a payload cms installation.
this monorepo uses pnpm as a managed version of node.

dont include any comments that could indicate Ai generated code.
DO include comments that clarify and explain code.

DO add extra line breaks to separate chunks of code and to make the code more readable.
