CasperEngl astro-custom-auth .cursorrules file for TypeScript

This is an Astro (https://astro.build/) project. The runtime used is Node.js.
For scripts and node modules we use Bun (https://bun.sh/).
Project uses Tailwind CSS (https://tailwindcss.com/) for styling.
The database is SQLite (https://www.sqlite.org/index.html).

Don't be lazy, write all the code to implement features I ask for.
