3 years of using Deel as primary platform for invoices and payemnts

Three years on Deel feels like a good point to actually say something about it.
Not a feature tour. Just what it's been like using it day to day — contracts, invoices, international payments — from Poland, working with companies all over the place.
For me Deel has basically been the layer between me and the companies I work with. I've created contracts, sent invoices, signed contracts other companies created, and received payments through it. So this isn't a "I tried it once" review. It's three years of real use.
The thing it actually solved for me is cross-border payments. Getting paid across countries can get messy fast — different banks, fuzzy timelines, invoices, fees, no idea where the money is. Deel made that part a lot less annoying.
What I appreciate most is the payment flow. Payments are fast, but the bigger deal is how transparent the status tracking is. I can see exactly where the money is — sent, processing, on its way to my bank. When you're waiting on an international transfer, that visibility matters more than people think.
Withdrawals have been smooth too. No issues receiving payments, withdrawing, or using Deel invoices from Poland. And the withdrawal fee is low, which adds up when you're using it regularly and not just once.
I also like that it works well from both sides. I've used it to send my own contracts and invoices, and to accept contracts from companies that prefer to drive the process themselves. Different companies want different workflows, and Deel handles both fine.
One thing I haven't touched is Deel Advance — doesn't fit my situation, so I can't honestly say anything about it.
After three years, Deel is one of those tools I genuinely value because it quietly removes friction from something important. It let me work with companies across the world without payments and contract admin turning into an ongoing headache.
